This unique blend brings together the fresh heat of jalapeños, fiery ghost peppers and smoky chipotle with the undeniably rich and flavourful pairing of mushrooms and roasted garlic. Sweet peaches and a Montreal Steak Spice-inspired blend rounds out the flavor profile, for a delicately complex and deep flavour that will add bold umami to your favorite dishes!
Perfect Pairings: Pasta, roasted vegetables, chili, stew, tofu.

Canto XXVI was founded in 2019 by artist and pepper enthusiast Cate Francis in a humble effort to supply her inner circle with fresh, flavorful sauces that she had yet to see on store shelves. But in short order rumors of her sauce sorcery escaped the laboratory resulting in a sudden and ever growing demand. Thus CANTO hot sauce was born.
