Shipping:

We so appreciate your order, and ship out all orders made through our website with 1-3 business days from our location in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. We offer worldwide shipping on most products, as per Canada Post rates, which are automatically calculated for us by Shopify. 

Shipping Furniture:

Preorder furniture items on our website are drop shipped directly from our supplier, as soon as they are available. Because of this, furniture items are only available in Canada. Some items on our site are in stock with our suppliers, and others will not be in stock due to ever changing stock levels. We will be in contact via email after your order has been placed to confirm timeline on products purchased. As shipping varies from location to location, and based on weight and size of items, shipping or delivery may be at an additional charge, in which case we will contact you to confirm your options. If purchased locally, prices on site include delivery to our Saskatoon shop, and delivery to your home or business, may be at an additional charge. Returns:

We want to make sure that you are absolutely thrilled with your items from Alt Haus so we’ve created the following return policy. You have 14 days to return or exchange items from in store or online purchases with the original receipt. For online purchases, returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the day you received the product. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be accepting returns on any bedding, linen, consumables, earrings, custom orders, preorder items, original artwork, handmade items by local vendors, or gift cards, unless there are product defects due to production. Furniture items have warranties based on individual suppliers, which we are happy to provide more information on at any time through phone call at (306)242-4287 or email at hello@althaus.ca. At any time, Alt Haus reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
