We so appreciate your order, and ship out all orders made through our website with 1-3 business days from our location in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. We offer worldwide shipping on most products, as per carrier rates, which are automatically calculated for us by Shopify. 

Preorder furniture items on our website are drop shipped directly from our supplier, as soon as they are available. Furniture items are only available in Canada. Some items on our site are in stock with our suppliers, and others will not be in stock due to ever changing stock levels. We will be in contact via email after your order has been placed to confirm timeline on products purchased. As shipping varies from location to location, and based on weight and size of items, shipping or delivery may be at an additional charge, in which case we will contact you to confirm your options. If purchased locally, prices on site include delivery to our Saskatoon shop, and delivery to your home or business, may be at an additional charge.
