Small batch syrups brewed in the heart of the Canadian prairies using a 48 hour steeping process. Every bottle is packed with rich, dynamic flavour profiles, making them the perfect addition to any cocktail or mocktail.

Turkish figs are highly rippened, enhancing the sugars. It's a very warm, sweet flavour profile and needs a bit of citrus or herb to mellow that sweetness. Add this to a paper plane and enjoy a fig jam twist on this classic cocktail. 

4oz bottle makes 5 - 8 drinks

8oz bottle makes 10 - 16 drinks

16oz bottles makes 22 - 32 drinks

(using .5oz or .75oz per)

*Store in dry, cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 8 weeks.
