This rug was made in the region of Shiraz. It is approximately 60 years old. It is made 100% wool fibers. (Code 1022)

Two striking navy-blue diamond medallions with honeycomb patterns anchor the central field, while a cream-colored lozenge with delicate floral motifs sits between them. Charming stick-figure chairs are playfully scattered throughout the field, adding a unique tribal character. The border displays an intricate pattern of flowering vines and chevrons in complementary shades of blue, rust, and ivory, perfectly framing the central composition.

This 40-year-old piece exemplifies the superior craftsmanship of Sirjan weavers, featuring meticulous hand-knotting that has stood the test of time.
