Preparation

Simply add half a tea spoon of Yuzu Matcha to your water bottle with 250ml of water and shake! Top it up with more water for your desired strength.

You can also make it traditionally by whisking 1-2 g (½-1 tsp) with 60-70 mL of hot water (80°C) until smooth and frothy and pour over ice + top up with more water or tonic (to taste).
