A less daunting sauce for the novice heat seeker, ssSerrano is mild in heat but intense in flavour with just enough bite to leave a mark.  A foundation of roasted apples and serrano peppers in apple cider vinegar are given a touch of sweetness from local honey  and brightened in both flavour and color with heaping doses of fresh basil, lime and turmeric. If there is an improper meal to pair ssSerrano with, we haven't found it yet.

This elegant brew is fast becoming a wildly popular signature blend due to its all-encompassing versatility in most culinary scenarios. We like it on everything, but especially eggs, tacos and pizza.  

Heat Level: II (pretty mild)

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, apples, serrano peppers, onion, lime juice, white wine vinegar, fresh basil, garlic, celery, honey, vinegar, spices.
